F Cup Bras
F cup is where brand-to-brand naming really starts to diverge — some label it F, others FF, and the same body can end up mis-sized simply because of which chart a shop happens to use. Our F cup range is sized to genuine UK F, not a relabelled DDD import.
Sizing note
An F cup means roughly a 7-inch difference between your bust and underbust measurement. At this size, band width and strap placement start to matter as much as the cup itself — a narrow band undoes a well-fitted cup fast. Our bra fitting guide covers both properly.
Frequently asked questions
- Is F cup the same as FF?
- Not quite — FF sits one size above F in the UK system. If F feels slightly small at the cup but the band is right, FF is worth trying next.
- Why does band width matter more at F cup?
- A narrow or under-reinforced band can't properly anchor a fuller cup, however well the cup itself fits — our styles use wider, reinforced bands throughout this range.
