Full cup versus firm hold — what's the difference?

Full cup maximises coverage and containment for the most structured shape. Firm hold is about a close, controlled fit. Check the individual product description for which one you're looking at.

Lace or plain?

Both — the range includes underwired styles in each, across a few colours.
